Cancellations |

At present,
we do not allow cancellations. If you must cancel an
order for any reason, please contact our Customer Service Dept.
for assistance at: sales@avcordoba.com.
A service representative will determine whether the order has
already shipped. If your order has not shipped yet, we can
usually cancel the order for you.

In the event that you receive
a shipment that appears to have been damaged or abused in transit,
contact our customer service department immediately at sales@avcordoba.com.. In some cases, a
damage claim will be initiated with UPS or USPS, while in other cases,
we will ask you to return the merchandise to us so that we may reship
you another package. Not all cases are created equal so we urge you to
contact our service dept as soon as possible so that they may handle the
case in the most expedient fashion.
